TESDA awards starter toolkits to ex- rebel returnees
25 rebel returnees with other important dignitaries   take pose with their starter toolkits, joining the pose is TESDA Provincial Director Marilou B.Olayan ( extreme right next to person with black jacket) .

About 25, former New People’s Army (NPA) or rebel returnees in the second district of the province   trained in Masonry NCII under the  Special Skills Training for Reintegration for rebel returnees . The trainees, who have just completed their National Assessment re ceived National Certificate from TESDA and   starter toolkits that would give them gainful employment or livelihood as middle class skilled workers. .
The starter tool kits awarded to the rebel returnees enable them to start livelihood. The rebel returnees where from the nearby towns of Kabasalan, Buug, Siay , Imelda and Naga
The distribution of the toolkits was held on August 31, 2018 during the 24th TESDA anniversary at the school mid-covered court. The program commenced at 8: 30 in the morning.
. Ms.Marilou B.Olayan Provincial Director of TESDA Zamboanga Sibugay graced the program. Olayan was on the led in the distribution of the toolkits. Isagani C. Balladares , town mayor of Kabasalan  ,    Rino de los Reyes Mayor  of Naga, Zambo.Sibugay , and    the army officers   of the 102nd Infantry Brigade assisted in the distribution of the toolkits.  The reintegration of the rebel returnees program is a joint effort of the provincial government, TESDA, and the Army’s
Likewise, 102nd Infantry officers is  mindful to the rebel returnees to become role models to  members of the leftist movement New People’s Army (NPA) that ‘’ submission and returning to the fold of the law is the only way to live peacefully.

After, the program the rebel returnees, visitors and guest, and KIT personnel were advised by the school administration led by Greta D. Sabroso ,  Ed. D the Vocational School Administrator  III  to proceed in the function Hall for lunch. The activity ended with full stomach.
